Gradients

Flash MX has two types of gradient fills: linear and radial.

Step 1 - Create two shapes to use in this tutorial. Do not obsess over this. Create two simple shapes.

Step 2- Click on the fill of one of your objects

Step 3- Open the Color Mixer - choose Linear.

Step 4 - Click on the fill of your other object.

Step 5 - Open the Color Mixer - choose Radial.

Step 6 - Continue to experiement with the gradients. You can mix different colors.
